DISPATCH:

B-post shipping: We always send our packages via B-post. A tracker and insurance (up to €500) are always provided. If the package has a higher value, we will work with you to choose a shipping partner that will cover the value of the package.

Custom sneakers : After the production of the ordered item, the shoes will be sent as quickly as possible. We always contact the buyer before shipping takes place. You will receive photos of your shoes, the packaging itself and the sealed package along with your package tracker.

For shipments outside Europe, we are responsible until the package has left Belgium. If problems arise, you must contact the shipping partner with your tracker number.

Preloved sneakers and ready to go items : Shipping on the next working day. (no shipping on Sundays and public holidays).

WHAT?

Our custom sneakers are 100% hand dyed. We use special permanent leather paint and everything is covered with a waterproof and scratch-free layer.

Please note that these remain painted shoes. Wear your sneakers with care! Activities and sports are strongly discouraged.

Clean your shoes regularly! Only use water-based cleaning products. Do not use abrasives or corrosive products or a washing machine!

If you have any questions about this, please contact us or make an appointment to have your shoes cleaned by us. You can also contact us in case of any 'production errors'.

However, we are not responsible for user damage. Shoes will always wear out wearing them.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Custom sneakers are made to your wishes, so it is not possible to return the shoes. Once the order has been paid, this is unfortunately not reversible. Make sure you know your size before placing an order. If necessary, try on your size in advance.
